3x scrolls of haste made by freeze 562.5 gp
4000 add +2 dex to belt of strength turning it into a belt of physical might(+2 str,+2 dex)
3600 slippers of spider climbing
total 10650gp
costs of magic items done at 3/4 from freeze crafting and scrolls at half cost from him.
would have freeze hold onto spells so he can cast them

fifth level formula i saw for crafting scrolls was 12.5gpx spell level x caster level. so 12.5x3.5x=187.5gp
