kingdom Spreadsheet that James is keeping up

I am leary about advancing the story until we do some more kingdom building.

Let's list what we would like to accomplish in the next 6 months of kingdom building so it can go faster. I will start getting stuff up tonight to handle a few rounds of building when I get home. I got the laptop working (kind of) so I can do some.

Lets list them in order of priorities. None of the below topics are suggestions by the DM. They are only my memory of what was discussed by the players. List other buildings as well.

Topics I remember are:
Claiming the two hexes to link Dvelev.
Annexing Drelev
Building an army or armies.
Build garrisons to make a standing army
A mage school on the island by Tusberg.

It's hard to figure what the building priorities are before knowing Dredlev's size and buildings. I also have questions about how armies are handles which I'll address in a separate thread.

I think our Stability score is pretty good but if we need to raise it we can build the following in LePew:
1. Arena
2. Garrison (1/2 price with Arena) , Office of City Guard, Jail (1/2 price with Garrison)

We'll definitely need more income. The best way to get it is through building that give major magic items:
1. Magic Shop - I'm thinking of putting it on the island in Tuskwater since it will be 1/2 price if we build the Academy there first.
2. Waterfront - if we add a new district to Tuskburg, we can build it there or perhaps we can build it at Fort Dredlev. This is 90 BP so we'll need to save up.
3. Black Market(s) - we can build these anywhere. At 50 BP these are the cheapest to build.

Regardless of which buildings we build, we'll need to build the maximum number of farms each turn to keep consumption low.

Additional building I'd like to suggest:
1. Aviaries in every city to give us quicker communication in case of surprise attacks/events
2. Walls (1/2 price with garrison) and other defensive structures (keeps, watchtowers, castles, etc.) in all the cities for better defense.

Here is the Fort Dredlev map.

At some point we'll want to tare down the Tenements and replace them with Houses.

Do we want to rename Fort Dredlev to something else?
