800 for party items
4000 on a cloak of resistance +2
1,125 to add endure elements onto cloak of resistance +2
4000 Belt of Mighty Constitution +2
I got back 500 for selling back my cloak of resistance +1
i bought 2 Resist Energy,2 Remove paralysis at 300g at minimum caster level
2 prayer at 7th level for 375g and 3 dispell magic at 7th level for 562gp and 50 sp
lastly Amulet of Natural Armor+1 for 1000 and a ring of feather fall for 2200gp.

Btw rob you only have to upgrade your cloak of resist not sell it back and get a whole new one. Also since mike is using craft wondrous he makes stuff at 3/4 the price so your cloak of resistance would be 4000- 1000(cost of +1 cloak) *.75= 2250. Also the belt of con would only be 3000gp as well. Just letting ya know
